30-Day Return Window
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Refunds (Seal Intact)
To receive a full refund, products must be returned unopened and with the seal intact. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Store Credit (Seal Opened)
If the product seal has been opened and you’re experiencing an issue, you may be eligible for store credit. Please contact us with your order details and a description of the problem so we can assist you.
Final Sale
All other opened, used, or damaged items not covered above are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
